Like most moms these days, I have a full time career, a house to clean, errands to run and tons of extracurricular activities to drive my kids to. Like most of moms, I too, complain on occasion that there is just not enough time to do all that I’d love to do.
Yet here I am, sitting in a comfy chair in my living room, latte on the side table, laptop on my laps setting up this blog.
I hope this blog will one day become a mini memoir that one day my kids or grandkids will read and wonder, how different (or maybe not so different) their lives are from those who have lived during early 2000s.
Yah, that would be my ideal dream and purpose for this blog. But in reality it will probably become one more personal blog spamming the internet; one more digital footprint left by me in the world where more and more people seek solace in the digital world rather than the humans sitting next to us.
Wow, that was deep… but just so you know, I’m sitting here all alone. My kids have ‘abandoned’ me. One is drawing and the other one is reading. It’s ‘no-screen’ time for kids in our house right now and I’m glad they found something enjoyable to do…
All right, my latte is getting cold…
